HTML and Java Script code to print a document file using XPS Document Writer

How to print a document file using XPS Document Writer

By using single line HTML and Java Script Code, Its very simple to take a print copy[soft] of a document file with the same quality as it is appear on your screen and in future you can print it on the paper[hard copy] by using physical printer.


 Add this code to your page where you want to give print option.

Now follow these steps: 

  • Click on 'Print This Page'.This will pop up a dialog box.  

  • In the Print dialog box, select Microsoft XPS Document Writer. 

  • Fill options Print range and No of Copies.

  • Now click OK then It will ask for file and container folder.

  • Give file and folder name and click save. It will generate a print copy of your document file with .xps file format.
